Product Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by NutraMED Distribution within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping and handling. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Just email us at info@TransD.com with your name, address, phone, email, product description and reason for return and we will contact you to setup the return.
You should expect to receive your refund within 10-15 days of us receiving your return shipment; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We strongly suggest that you only use a traceable method of shipment for any/all returns. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Note: A 15% restocking fee may apply for certain items.
Items that are Not Returnable
NutraMED Distribution does not accept returns of the following items:
We use USPS Priority Mail as our preferred shipping method for domestic shipments and USPS Express International for International shipments. A Signature is Required for ALL Deliveries. Other delivery methods are available (time/carrier) if selected during the order process.
