We get many questions submitted about the Trans-D Tropin product. We've attempted to answer the most Frequently Asked Questions here.
Q: Do I need to worry about delivery of my product during Hot and Cold months? Click for Answer
A: The issue of temperature sensitivity of Trans-D Tropin is a very commonly asked question so I will elaborate on this topic in detail. It is important to remember that protein denatures at 105 to 106 degrees. However, this is often misunderstood. The core temperature has to reach 105 to 106 degrees. This does NOT mean however that protein will denature if the ambient temperature reaches 105 or 106 degrees.
For example, a person can go into a sauna that is 170 degrees and be in there for 30 minutes or more without any protein denaturing or any other types of problems. But that 170 degrees is only indicative of the ambient environmental temperature. It is not indicative of the actual core temperature of the individual. However, if the person's core temperature goes to 105 or 106, the protein of the body will begin to denature.
For this reason, we recommend that Tran-D Tropin not be left in a closed locked car during a hot summer day because the internal temperature of the bottle can reach 105 or 106 degree although the ambient temperature within the car may actually have to get to 180 to 190 degrees or more for the core temperature to get to 105 or 106 degrees.
On the opposite extreme, cold is not nearly an issue. Although it is not advisable to freeze Trans-D Tropin, it will not cause any problem as long as it is thawed out at room temperature gradually. If Trans-D Tropin is ever frozen, do NOT thaw it out using any type of heat. Simply allow the bottle to return to room temperature naturally and on its own without any manipulation. Do not reheat it.
The ideal temperature for Trans-D Tropin to be stored for longer than a 24 hour period is simply at room temperature. If Trans-D Tropin is not going to be used for a few months, then you can place it in a cooler area or even in a refrigerator but only if it is not being used for a few months and is necessary to be stored. Always remember to shake the bottle well prior to usage.
Q: Why did International Shipping Costs Go up? Click for Answer
A: In the past, we have utilized USPS International Priority Mail for a low-cost International shipping option. However, this method has proven unreliable in the recent months. To ensure deliverability and trackability of your delivery, any International orders sent Postal Service are sent using USPS Express International Service. UPS and Fedex are still available as alternative options, although the USPS Express International Service is typically the lowest cost option outside of the United States.

Q: Does Trans-D Tropin® contain parabens? Click for Answer
A: First, a paraben is a general term for any compound that has a benzyl ring with a methly, ethyl, propyl or even phenyl group attached but on the opposite side as is found normally (naturally).
Second, these compounds have been found to be detrimental in large quantities but still required by regulators in production of creams and lotions to prevent bacterial or fungal or viral growth.
Now, to answer your concern:
1. The amount of methyl paraben found in TransD was so negligible, it was barely detectable.
2. The amount in question was less than most things you use everyday in everyday life.
3. The amount actually is no longer an issue because all parabens were taken out of TransD and all our products as of April 2008. This was done ONLY because of confusion among the consumer population regarding the above issues.

A: Shelf life is printed on each bottle... 1 year from manufacture date. However we have tested batches that are over 8 years old and the product still works. We only put 1 year on the bottle however.

A: A proprietary blend of l-alanine, l-arginine, l-cysteine, l-glutamic acid, l-glutamine, l-glycine, l-histidine, l-isoleucine, l-leucine, l-lysine, l-phenylalanine, l-proline, l-serine, l-threonine, l-tryptophan, l-tyrosine and l-valine, with MYRJ-50 (surfactant), disodium edta, benzoic acid, modified arabic and/or xanthan gum, distilled water, propanediol, sorbitol, glycerin, coconut oil, cetyl alcohol, stearic alcohol, alpha tocopherol acetate and lecithin.
Q: I have developed a rash where I applied Trans-D Tropin. Click for Answer
A: Unfortunately, if you have sensitive skin and have a sensitivity to the lotion base used in TDT, there is nothing that can be done except for rotation of the sites of application as already suggested or discontinuation of the product. This is a very rare observation but we have had approximately a dozen or so reported incidents of this over the last 10 years, including one of these individuals being Dr. Buttar's own father. Generally, the issue resolves over continuous use within about 3 months but some people do not wish to go through the "acclimatization" aspect which is completely understandable.
It appears that these individuals experiencing a rash have some type of sensitivity against one of the components in the base of TDT. You may have noticed that the rash is not as intense as it was when originally experienced. Continue rotating sites until the rash resolves.
Q: Why do I need to take Time Off from using Trans-D Tropin? What if I feel bad when not using the product? Click for Answer

Q:I'm concerned about the drop size! Should there be a syringe with my bottle? Click for Answer
We discontinued the syringe type device several years ago. It did not allow for accurate dosing, people lost the syringe and product was wasted inside the syringe. Some past versions of our brochure showed an old picture of the product with a syringe.

Q: How long will 1 bottle last? Click for Answer
If you are using our standard protocol (15 Drops 3 times a day, for 5 days on and 2 days off) the bottle will last 20 days (or 4 weeks). Our Anti-Aging or Athletic protocols use more drops and thus the bottle will not last as long. For this reason, we allow you to flex your autoship frequency from 3 to 6 weeks. You can adjust this anytime by clicking on "My Account" at the top of the page. Users who are on autoship are also able to buy up to 2 additional bottles from the "My Account" page at the $165 price. This allows you an extra bottle for your gym bag, or if you will be traveling.

- Click on "My Account" in the upper right hand corner of the page.
- If you are already logged in, it will just take you there. If not, you'll need to enter your email address (that you used when you placed your order) and your password on the left side of the page.
- On the "My Account" page, you'll see autoship orders listed in the center of the screen.
- Next to your autoship order, click the link which says Edit.
- Here you can review the frequency of your order (you can adjust it from 3 to 6 weeks) as well as billing or shipping information.
- You can click either "Edit Shipping Info" or "Edit Billing Info" to update this information at any time.
- If desired there is a "Cancel" link included there as well. Keep in mind if you cancel your autoship, to start again, you will need to pay the initial $195 price again.
If there is a problem with your autoship order, and it is on hold for any reason (expired or declined credit card etc...) it will be highlighted in yellow. If this is the case, after you edit/update the billing or shipping information, you will have the opportunity to click "Try Again" to reprocess the pending autoship.
Q: Why does the product cost so much? Click for Answer
The technology used to produce Trans-D Tropin is very intricate and involved and the process is very time extensive. Injectible GH, which does not provide a fraction of the benefit, is more than 5 times as expensive. If any pharmaceutical could do what Trans-D Tropin has been shown to do, we can assure you that the product would be even more expensive than the injectible GH, which actually should not be used due to the violation of the physiological negative inhibitory feed back loops of the endocrine system.
This is like anything else in the world. You get what you pay for. There are many products out there less expensive that promise many things but fall short. However, if you are using the product, you may wish to look at the referral program that allows anyone benefiting from the product, to refer others and earn a referral "royalty" commission for their referral. Q: Can Trans-D Tropin be used in Animals? Click for Answer
Regarding the use of Trans-D Tropin in animals, Trans-D Tropin has been used in horses, dogs and cats with great success. The dose, believe it or not, is the same for a horse as is for a cat. It is not dose dependent but rather thresh hold dependent (explained in the Trans-D Tropin DVD in detail). Apply it on any area that does not have hair (horses would be on the rectal area, dogs and cats in the groin area, etc). The hypothalamic/pituitary/adrenal axis that Trans-D Tropin works on, is the same in all higher mammalian species according to the veterinarians who have experience using the product.
